We’re super excited to announce our collaboration with Future Plate at this October’s Triangle of Unity festival!

At Triangle of Unity, visitors will embark on a culinary journey across the Atlantic Triangle— experiencing the flavors of Africa, the Americas, and Europe.

Out of 6 food stalls Future Plate is bringing four extraordinary chefs to the festival, each representing a unique vibrant cuisine.

So let’s Meet these Chefs! From Left to Right:

Angelo Gonzalez – We’re also delighted to have Angelo, has also worked as part of the high profile supper club, Ayo Collective visit: ayocollective.co.uk who will be presenting tastes of Colombian cuisine at our festival.

Opy Odutayo – An award-winning chef who has honed her craft in some of London’s most prestigious kitchens. She’ll be serving up the best Nigerian cuisine.

William Chilila – A MasterChef UK: The Professionals semifinalist (2018) known for his exceptional South African dishes.

Jason Howard – With Michelin experience and a co-authored cookbook, The Modern Caribbean Chef, Jason will be dishing out Modern Bajan and Caribbean flavours!
