The Black Heart Foundation aims to remove barriers to achievement for under-resourced and under-represented people by providing educational scholarships through its Black Heart Scholarship Programme and distributing grants to community initiatives that support the community and provide coaching and pastoral care to talented, ambitious and committed young people.
